We branded mouthguards with the Colgate logo, protecting healthy white smiles in one of the most brutal media placements on earth: a rugby league player’s jaw.
To persuade kids and their parents about the importance of oral care and reinforce Colgate’s reputation as the leading brand protecting teeth in Australia, we partnered with one of Australia’s most popular sporting clubs, The Rabbitohs Rugby League Team.
Every weekend, the Rabbitohs players proudly flashed their ‘Colgate Mouthguards’ on national television and in national papers and publications.
This activated a school program where the players visited schools with Colgate mascot Dr. Rabbit, to spread the word about the importance of looking after your teeth.
‘Colgate Mouthguards’ were even immortalised by Madame Tussaud’s wax work of South Sydney legend Greg Inglis, which is on display in Sydney.
